Shiloh will begin with an intake questionnaire for both parties to complete online and submit via email. If we can't handle everything over the phone or via email, we may request an in person intake or you are welcome to request one if you would like to meet the supervisor before visits start. Depending upon the location of the meet there may be a small fee. 

Once the intake forms are submitted we will work together to find times that work for everyone and get you spending quality time with your kids.
